Information we collect

Order information. When you place an order, we collect the information needed to fulfil it: your name, shipping address, billing address, email address, and phone number if you provide one.

Payment information. We do not collect or store your full card number or crypto wallet private keys. Card payments are processed directly by Stripe, and cryptocurrency payments by NOWPayments, each under its own privacy policy. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with limited transaction details (such as the amount and a payment reference) needed to match your payment to your order.

Dealer and part-request forms. If you apply to become a dealer, or submit a part request, we collect the information in that form -- for example your business name, contact name, email, phone, country, and the details of your request -- and store it in our database so we can review and respond to it.

Technical information. Our hosting provider (Vercel) reads your approximate country from your network connection to show an estimated VAT amount in your cart and to serve the site in your browser's preferred language. We do not store this information ourselves or attach it to your order.

Shopping cart. Your shopping cart is stored in your browser's local storage on your own device, not on our servers. It stays there until you check out, clear it, or clear your browser data.

How we use your information

We use your information to process, ship, and support your order and to contact you about it; to review and respond to dealer applications and part requests; to estimate the VAT and currency shown in your cart; to detect and prevent fraud; and to meet our legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising. We do not currently send marketing emails or newsletters; if that changes, we will ask for your separate consent first and update this policy.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum information necessary with the following service providers, each of which processes it under its own privacy policy: Stripe (card payments), NOWPayments (cryptocurrency payments), Vercel (website hosting, and the approximate-location estimate described above), and Neon (database hosting for dealer applications and part requests).

We do not share your information with any other third party, except where required by law, to protect our legal rights, or with your consent.

International data transfers

Some of our service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards required by EU data protection law, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision covering the destination country.

How long we keep your information

We keep order and invoice records for as long as required by Italian tax and accounting law. We keep dealer application and part-request records for as long as needed to review and respond to them, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever is later. If a legal or accounting requirement obliges us to keep information for longer, we do.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. You can exercise any of these rights, or ask us a question about this policy, by contacting us at the address below.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it), or with the supervisory authority in your own EU country of residence.

Cookies and local storage

This site uses one strictly necessary functional cookie: NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers your selected or detected language for up to one year. This cookie does not identify you personally or track you across other websites.

We use Plausible for site analytics, which is cookieless and does not collect or store any personal data -- it does not require your consent. If you accept optional cookies from the banner shown on your first visit, we also load the Meta Pixel, which sets its own cookies to show you retargeted ads on Facebook and Instagram based on pages you've viewed here. You can reject this in the banner at any time; the rest of the site works exactly the same either way.

Your shopping cart is stored separately in your browser's local storage, not a cookie, as described above.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example as our service providers change or as required by law. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
